Sound Investment Voice
Voice Training for Singers and Professional Voice Users
My work as a voice teacher is shaped by years spent performing on stage and in the studio.

I’ve performed in professional theatre, theme parks, and on cruise ships, sung with big bands, recorded original and session work, and stepped into the voice-over booth for projects that went on to win regional Emmy awards. Those experiences taught me firsthand what performers ask of their voices — whether it’s eight shows a week, a late-night jazz set, or getting that one perfect take in the recording studio.

At Sound Investment Voice, I work primarily with adult singers and professional voice users who want to expand their style while keeping their voices healthy, reliable, and expressive.

Performance Experience
My teaching is rooted in real-world performance. I’ve worked professionally in theatre and theme parks, including Tokyo Disney, and performed internationally as a production singer and headliner on cruise ships. I’ve also sung with big bands, worked as a cabaret artist, and recorded both studio and voice-over projects.
Who I Work With
Most of the singers I work with already have some training and are looking to grow into new styles or sustain demanding performance careers.

My studio is a good fit for:
• Classically trained singers exploring musical theatre or commercial styles
• Vocalists interested in jazz, cabaret, and the Great American Songbook
• Musical theatre performers developing a healthy, sustainable belt
• Professional voice users such as actors and voice-over artists
• Adult singers who want their voice to stay flexible and dependable over time

If you’re an experienced singer who wants to expand stylistically without sacrificing vocal health, you’re in the right place.

What We Work On
Every voice is different, but lessons often focus on building the technical and stylistic flexibility that modern performers need.

Our work together may include:
• Developing a sustainable chest-dominant mix and belt
• Shifting from classical resonance strategies to speech-based commercial styles
• Jazz and Great American Songbook phrasing and interpretation
• Microphone technique and stylistic nuance
• Audition preparation and performance coaching
• Vocal stamina and fatigue prevention

The goal is always the same: helping you sing with freedom, authenticity, and longevity.
